I think for scrupulous attitudes rather morbid, eat bananas with a knife and fork should be something like wanting to put a halt to the repressed lust. As for me, just like bananas with a knife and fork when I'm in a meeting at which details of the table are important, attendees and others ... the protocol says so, but I did not cause any "impure thoughts" to do otherwise.

I think that there's a whole subject of substance to treat, sexuality and purity, their meanings and their connotations are important in every state of life and how they are living.
Personally I had never thought about eating a fruit with the hand I could bring some impure thought, after I learned that some people were not allowed this, I thought, not with disorderly passion that made me fall into any impure thought, but rather trying to understand the mindsets of some people, just as I kiss the lust causes a beautiful image of Christ on the cross, is perhaps I'm wrong, but I think that in life these things happen in education heart and a healthy mental health.
