I hear testimonies and experiences regarding the famous account of expenses, where Fellows / ay aggregates / ace must keep track of every penny you spend? true? as they do with the salary? who is given the money? no difference between a cash and an aggregate? aggregates because I imagine they must pay their living expenses where it is not a Residence? and what if any silver family needs such as a brother?

I would like someone to clarify testimony and questions. thanks

I never did list of expenses. Thank God it was supernumerary (not the lead) because I would have been impossible for me "natural disorder," I am incapable of such meticulous records. But I've seen a numerary friend with whom I traveled (at a conference, not pleasure) to write in a note after any minimum expense, like a micro ticket (cents).

Hola Marc!
if there is the expense account is a piece of paper where you aim every expenditure you make, every penny.
What you do is that month-end run to make your checks or your money to "cash" and each week on specific days and times you can "request" money, of course, the minimum required (there is a personal budget). the difference between cash and aggregates that priemero only live in a cetntro and the latter with his "blood family".
Of course we must give something to the family, you already have in the budget.
If you need to make an extra expense (as you say your) consultations, if authorized by you, good for you, but it hurts ...
well, I hope I have clarified your doubts...
ciao.
